Because all our cabinetry is made to order, we do not maintain a stock inventory. This allows us to offer endless customization options, from size and finish to unique design elements. However, it also means that once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Order Confirmation: Before finalizing your order, please review all specifications carefully. Double-check measurements, design choices, and materials to ensure they meet your expectations.
- Consultation: Our team is here to assist you throughout the design and ordering process. We encourage open communication to clarify any questions or concerns before your order is placed.
- Commitment to Quality: While returns are not possible, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, our return process for damaged items is in place to address these issues promptly.
Damaged Products :
We prioritize customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. However, we understand that on rare occasions, items may arrive damaged. In such instances, you will receive the replacement you deserve. If your cabinetry or any other item arrives with damages, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Depending on the cabinet manufacturer, photographs of the damage may be requested for our records and to expedite the replacement process. Our team will evaluate the situation and, where necessary, arrange for a replacement item to be shipped at no additional cost to you. We strive to resolve these matters swiftly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to your project. Rest assured that your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we are dedicated to addressing any issues with care and professionalism.
