We do not maintain a stock inventory, which allows us to offer endless customization options—including unique sizes, finishes, and design features tailored specifically for your project. Therefore, we cannot accept returns once order has been place.

Damaged Cabinetry Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your custom cabinets or related items arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To help expedite the replacement process, the manufacturer may require photographs of the damage.
Once we receive your notification, our team will:

- Work directly with the manufacturer
- Arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no additional cost to you
